First-place winners in their respective age and gender brackets will automatically qualify, while another 6-18 per age and gender bracket can also earn placement — allowing for up to 240 competitors.

The 2nd Annual USYS Keeper Wars National Championship event had keepers from over 34 different states come out and compete for a chance at the national title!

“Keeper Wars prides itself on putting together a unique, exciting event that gives back to goalkeepers,” said Casey Clark, CEO of Keeper Wars Ink. “We’re able to find some of the best keepers in the country as we go through our national qualifying events — and they have all earned the right to compete at this prestigious event. Keeper Wars invites the top individuals so they can compete against the very best to see where they stand and potentially claim the title! It’s extremely fitting that Keeper Wars hosts this prestigious event at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney where so many sports dreams are made. We look forward to building memories that will last a lifetime — at the Most Magical Place on Earth.”

Chris Webb, Director of Competition & Event Operations for US Youth Soccer stated “Keeper Wars has been a great addition to the USYS brand, and having their National Championships in conjunction with our own has only added to the overall experience of the event.”

Keeper Wars will continue to add to its National Championship roster with more events and the final qualifier taking place July 1-2 in St. Louis, Missouri.
